Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the following exceptions!

Exchange /Wrong Item

Exchange only if “wrong item “was given. Item must be in its original state (packaging, tags, box, ribbon), unopened, unworn, undamaged not fingered/picked through, cut, colored, washed or altered in any other way for exchange to be granted. You have 5 business days from the time of delivery to request the exchange of a ”wrong item”. After such time your request may not be granted. Wrong item must be received by us before exchange item is shipped to you. *In this case we will pay for the return shipping of the “wrong item” in the form of a credit applied to your order up to the amount of $15.00. A copy of the receipt must be emailed to us at: thevirginnmane@gmail.com to receive the shipping credit.


Replacement/Defective Item

Replacement of defective item will be granted under the following conditions:
1) defect must be reported within 30 days after installation of product. A receipt of service or other proof will be required to validate
2) item must be returned to our facility for inspection and a quality test will be performed. Shipping is paid by you.
3) We will contact you upon receipt to discuss results of the quality test within 24-48hrs.
4) if deemed defective, we will replace item with comparable (same length/price) item of your choice.
5) Complimentary shipping for the replacement product will be given, *See wrong item rules for shipping credit allowance.
6) If item deemed defective by improper care or use ( use of sulfate products, products with high alcohol content, harsh or caustic products such as hair relaxers /perms and/or bleaching/coloring products or improper care during swimming in salt/chlorine water) your defective item claim will not be considered valid.


Shipping

 Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
Backorder times may take 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted
Custom items ship on a case by case basis
Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Orders will arrive based on selected shipping method . Delays due to weather, holidays or carrier delays are not our responsibility.
All web and phone orders; name and address of recipient must match credit card information.
